Sunita Giridhar is the founder of Encryptions. She is an Electrical & Electronics Engineer from College of Engineering , Madras University and has over two decades of experience in Sales & Marketing and Human Resources & Recruitments

She has done recruitments at various levels in almost all Sectors of the Industry like Microsoft, Oracle Corp, Citi corp, Motorola, SHV South East Ltd, Coca Cola Ltd, ITC Ltd , GVK Group of Industries, Bambino Group , Bharti Axa Ltd and many others.

She has worked with International Recruitment Process Outsourcing Organizations and is experienced in Employment Process Outsourcing , Applicant Tracking Systems, On boarding, Skills and Behavioral Assessments, Structured Interviews, Performance Management, Employee Engagement Survey and HR Analytics. She has headed the Business of Employment Process Outsourcing and Staffing in some of the US and Indian multinational organizations.

R. Giridhar is the co founder of Encryptions. He is a Gold Medallist in Mechanical Engineering and is an MBA from Madras University.
He was a licensed facilitator for Dr. Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and has been trained and certified by the Covey Leadership Centre in Malaysia. He has trained and provided solutions on process automation to almost all of the top 100 Indian Industries. These include Defence (Army, Navy, Air Force), Space & Missile Technology, Railways, Steel, Foundry, Cement, Oil & Gas, Petro Chemicals, Water Treatment, Power Generation, Automobile, Textile, Food Packaging and several Light engineering Industries.

He has customized and trained organizations on Selling with Passion.
Expertise in Quality Audit of Management Information and Accounting Systems. He has over two and a half decades of rich and diverse experience heading organizations as President and Executive Director. His expertise includes industries such as Industrial Automation, Automobile Ancillary, Industrial Rubber, Food Grade Plastic, and International Trade and Global trade practices
